These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the SKREEMR website, www.skreemr.net, and to any orders placed through our website.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ABOUT SKREEMR

SKREEMR is an independent clothing brand selling apparel and related products online.

In these Terms & Conditions, “SKREEMR”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SKREEMR. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or placing an order.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Where measurements are provided, they are intended as a guide. Small variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to withdraw, discontinue or modify products at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

The price payable for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Delivery charges will be displayed separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.

If SKREEMR is required to charge VAT, the applicable VAT will be included in the displayed price where required by law.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover a genuine pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that your products have been dispatched, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable;
There is an obvious pricing or product description error;
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
We are unable to fulfil the order; or
There has been an error in the order or payment process.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, strikes or other unforeseen events.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. SKREEMR cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international delivery is available, additional delivery charges may apply.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are outside SKREEMR's control and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

If you purchase a product online as a consumer in the UK, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 24 Hours of making your purchase, without needing to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel an order under this right, you must notify us within the 24 Hour cancellation period. Returning this product for a full refund is not possible.

If you do not make this cancellation on time, then the products will be sent to you.

Returned products should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging retained where reasonably possible.

Unless the product is faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

10. REFUNDS

Once you have validly cancelled your order and returned the relevant goods, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where required, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery originally paid by you. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided reasonable evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

11. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that you have under UK consumer law.

12. EXCHANGES

We may offer exchanges at our discretion, subject to availability.

If you require a different size or product, please contact us at Lewkendesign@gmail.com before returning your item.

Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED DROPS

Some SKREEMR products may be offered as pre-orders or limited releases.

Where a product is a pre-order, the estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, supply or delivery circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate this to affected customers and provide any rights or options required by applicable law.

Limited availability of a product does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

14. PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions will be provided with products where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for following the provided care instructions.

Damage caused by inappropriate washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, chemical treatment, modification or general misuse may not be considered a manufacturing fault.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content displayed on the SKREEMR website, including but not limited to:

The SKREEMR name and branding;
Logos;
Graphics;
Illustrations;
Product designs;
Photography;
Written content;
Website layouts; and
Other original creative material

is owned by or licensed to SKREEMR unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a SKREEMR product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property relating to the design or brand.

16. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you choose to tag SKREEMR, submit photographs, reviews or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.

Where you voluntarily provide content to SKREEMR for promotional purposes, you grant us permission to repost or feature that content on our social media channels, website or other SKREEMR marketing channels, unless you tell us otherwise.

We will not claim ownership of your original content simply because you have shared it with us.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep www.skreemr.net available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend access to the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational purposes.

SKREEMR is not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party providers, except where we are legally responsible for them.

In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, SKREEMR will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise outside the normal use of our products and services.

20. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include events such as natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, government action, technical failures, supply-chain disruption or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such an event affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
